Baltimore Running Festival 5K Training Program Summer/Fall 2019

Want to run the running festival 5k but not sure how to train?

Never raced before but want to learn how?

Interested in getting into shape?

Like to run with a group?

Had an injury and want to get back to running?

Want to run and found it boring?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is the program for you.

Our coaches will motivate you and help you obtain your goals while having fun. The work out will be three days a week for 11 weeks starting on July 30th and running till October 19th. We will meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:00 p.m. sharp and Saturday mornings at 7 a.m. sharp at Ridgley Middle School. Water will be provided and a porta potty is on site. We will meet at the parking lot on Charmuth Road by the tennis courts, sign in then go for a warm up. After the warm up we’ll run the mileage on the schedule. When finished we’ll walk back to the parking lot for the cool down where you’ll get water and sign out. You do not have to run the running festival 5k to join the running program. There’s no pre sign up required. Just show up at the parking lot a half hour before we run and sign in.
