Registration: 5:45 PM at the track. Sign waivers and register for events. NOTE: Participants under the age of 18
need parental/guardian permission to participate.

Please note that our summer track meets are considered developmental track meets designed to give athletes the experience to compete in a particular event. Our Summer Track Meets are FREE and open to ALL runners. Any donations will contribute to the Charlie Reynolds Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Track Series order of events – Men followed by Women.
Track Meet #1: Children’s 100 M; Adults Mile; Children’s 200 M; Adults 100 M, 200 M, 400 M, 800 M, 2 miles
Track Meet #2: 1600 M, Children’s 100 M, 200 M; Adults 100 M, 200 M, 400 M, 800 M, 2 miles, (Relay if time permits)
Track Meet #3: 1600 M, Children’s 100 M, 200 M; Adults Tetrathlon (each event can be run individually)
Track Meet #4: 1600 M, Children’s 100 M, 200M; Adults 100 M, 200 M, 400 M, 800 M, 2 miles, (Relay if time permits)
We have special events for Tots and Toddlers (ages 5 and under) and Junior Sprinters (ages 6-8 and 9-12 years).
Treats and perfect attendance recognition for our young superstars including a special award at our final event. Bring the family!
Weather Watcher: Summer weather conditions are unpredictable and may pre-empt scheduled events when deemed a concern to health and safety. Excessive heat, humidity, and late afternoon storms could impact race day status. We will be using the heat index of 100 as the metric to determine changes and/or cancellations in scheduled meets. If the heat index registers 100 at 4:30 PM on the scheduled dates, we will cancel that day’s meets. Updates will be posted on Twitter, Facebook and the brrc.com website. REMEMBER—Heat Index of 100 @ 4:30 PM.
We will do our best to broadcast cancellations and schedule changes in advance, but when this may not be possible, for example a storm moving through, a very last-minute cancellation or “on the track” decision will be made. Please check our website (updates will be posted by 5:00 PM) and Twitter and FB posts for as near real time updates as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding should we need to alter our schedule.
PARKING: When entering the campus, please continue past the guard house approximately ¾ mile to the driveway entrance to the track and turn right. Parking is permitted in the lot servicing the track. Thank you for your consideration.
COVID-19 Guidelines: Almost there but not quite! For everyone’s safety and in consideration of our host venue, please continue to follow some recommended guidelines.
• Masks are optional.
• Try not to huddle in groups while signing up and before and after your events. Maintain a decorum of social distancing.
• Bring your own hydration and be sure to recycle or remove any trash from the area upon leaving. Water, cups, and hand sanitizer will be available for self-service.
• Consider appropriate behavior if needing to sneeze or cough.
• As you cross the finish line for your events, keep moving in order of finish and once confirmed, exit the track. Please don’t congregate.
