Couch to 5K Training Group – Fall 2018

Want to run a 5k? What’s a 5k (3.1 miles)
Didn’t like running but want to try again?
Interested in getting into shape?
Like to run with a group?
Had an injury and want to get back to running?
Want to run and found it boring?

If you answered yes to any of these questions then this is the program for you.

Our coaches will motivate you and help you obtain your goals while having fun. The work out will be three days a week for 12 weeks starting on September 10th and running till December 1st. We will meet on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:00p.m. sharp and Saturday mornings at 7a.m. sharp at Ridgley Middle School. Water will be provided and a porta potty is on site. We will meet at the tennis courts, sign in then go for a warm up. After the warm up we’ll run the mileage on the schedule. When finished we’ll walk back to the tennis courts for the cool down where you’ll get water and sign out.
